This Privacy Policy is used to inform our users about policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information resulting from the use of our software package. We strive to maximize the protection of our users personal information and use only the information necessary for the functioning of the services we provide them for use.

Important notice: In order to achieve higher personal data security, version 1.109 of Ginst and above do not use a data tracking option.
Users with the Ginst version under v1.109 should upgrade to use the new personal data security configuration.
Information on Collection and Use of Users personal data In order to use our services and for a better user experience, we require our users to provide us with some personally identifiable information, including but not limited to information required for the functioning of third-party services and our software package. For example, the Ginst software package uses players IP address and nickname to create high-score tables divided by countries. Also, it uses song statistics per IP range to determine which song is most popular in players country and suggest it to player.
Our Software package uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify our users.
In order to achieve the best playing experience, third-party services may collect information about Players personal contacts to invite them to multiplayer games. Such use of personal contacts from third-party services will necessarily require the explicit consent of the user through the appropriate online form.

Notice for Facebook users: We store on our server just your hashed User ID for connecting with your Facebook account. We only store your hashed Facebook ID to connect you with your Facebook account and provide you with a better gaming experience. All data that is provided to us this way is stored temporarily in a phone device while Ginst running. No data except the hashed User ID is stored on our behalf. You can disconnect your ID from it by removing it from your Facebook account using the following link:

Linked sites Privacy Policies: Within our software package, as well as in related content, links to other publisher websites may be found. We strongly encourage all our users to thoroughly review their privacy policies before launching any content of this type, as well as additional documentation that may show how personal information is handled at these sites.
Legal Basis for using and processing personal information: The legal basis for using the personal information from our users is based on acceptance of our terms of service, such as this Privacy Policy.
Also, we may rely on other legal grounds when personal data is necessary for the fulfillment of legitimate interests or to be in compliance with related legal obligations.
The time frame for storing personal information: Personal information we collect will remain in our possession as long as it’s needed to fulfill the purpose of its collection. This means that it will be kept until it is needed for the fulfillment of legitimate interests and/or to comply with tax, legal, or other regulatory requirements. After that time, the personal data our users provide us will be deleted (destroyed) or made anonymous.
Failure to comply: If, in any case, failure to comply with this Privacy Policy arises, we will take prompt corrective actions. We will not be liable for any accidental, consequential or punitive damages relating to this Privacy Policy.
Right to complain and/or revoke the right to use your personal data: Any user, at any time, can file a request which will demand revocation of our right to use and/or store his or her personal data. We will, as soon as possible, do everything in our power to stop using and/or delete (destroy) all the users personal data we stored, except if it’s in collision with legal or other regulatory requirements. Users can file a complaint to the competent authority in case they believe that we processed or intend to process personal information in a manner that is not in accordance with this Privacy Policy or with applicable laws.
Our software package and/or related services are only available for users aged 13 years or older. We will not knowingly collect, use, hold or distribute personal information about children under the age of 13 unless a parent or legal guardian has consented to it. If any of our users believes that personal information from children under the age of 13 has been collected under the prior consent of a parent or legal guardian, please contact us as soon as possible.
Privacy Policy Changes: We reserve the right to periodically change and amend the contents of our Privacy Policy. These changes will become effective from the moment they are published. Our users will be able to see all those changes are on this Privacy policy page and we recommend our users to check for such changes from time to time.
